• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Pre-orders ship when available and cannot be canceled or refunded.

• We ship within Singapore via trusted couriers. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct.

• Once shipped, orders are the customer’s responsibility. You will receive a tracking number via email.
